Information We Collect

We collect information on your use of the website, including how you arrive at the website, move around it, and make use of it generally. We use cookies and other tracking technologies to help us collect this information.

We also collect information that you actively choose to disclose to us by email, phone, or completing a form on our website or at one of our events.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use your information we collect about you and your activity to operate and improve the website, improve our products and services, tailor the information, products, and services we offer to meet your needs and interests, contact you (at your request or to send you information we think you may find useful), and for other legitimate business reasons.

We use opinions and feedback provided by attendees at our medical education events on an anonymous basis to prepare reports for our clients.

Accordingly, we take active steps to secure that information while it is in our control, including by storing it in databases we believe are appropriately secure for the type of information we are holding and context in which we hold it.

We select our services providers carefully because we respect your information and know they play a valuable role in handling it. However, these service providers are third-party providers that we do not control. We accept no liability for the actions of any third-party service provider. We do not use third-party service providers that are located outside of the United States.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) gives parents control over the collection of personally identifiable information from their children who are under age 13. COPPA contains rules that operators of websites and online services must follow to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not market to people under the 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, do not use the website at all.
